You’ll find us in the heart of Sussex, UK – just 10 miles from Gatwick, 30 miles south of London and 30 miles to the coast! Hallmark Travel is a well established family run independent travel agent, and we’ll soon be twenty years old.

The concept of the agency was a vision, a vision of quality service, a depth of knowledge based on personal experience, and prices that compete with any you’ll find on the internet or holiday supermarkets!

Our journey started “from scratch” ~ we applied for our ABTA licence ~ the Association of British Travel Agents, meeting their criteria for financial stability and Codes of Conduct.

Next came IATA ~ the International Air Transport Association, this meant training, understanding flight routings, booking systems, fare constructions and ticketing rules. IATA also requires a sound financial basis and a minimum of two fully qualified staff.

Once licensed and ready to go, we concentrated on making a noise about ourselves. It wasn’t long before we were noticed by our travel industry buddies …. we started to win awards:
