Since joining us Jo has taken up lots of training - she\'s now an accredited Canadian Counsellor and an Australian Specialist.

She has also had the chance to visit both countries, which makes her a valuable Hallmark Travel Specialist

But her first hand experience lies more in Australia – from Victoria, New South Wales and Alice Springs – Jo can now tell you all about South Australia, Kangaroo Island and Perth stopovers. She seems to be our \"action girl\" and most recently enjoyed the thrills and spills of theme parks and roller coasters on the Gold Coast, Southern Queensland.

She also has a secret life of her own on Friday evenings when she dons her blue suede shoes and jives the night away.

Louise heads up our Business Travel department and looks after our corporate accounts. If you need a first class ticket to New York or an Easyjet \"cheapie\" to Amsterdam just give Louise a call
After studying for her Leisure and Tourism qualification at college, we sent Louise on a training course in London to learn the ins and outs of our computer reservation system, and introduced her our corporate clients. Now she enjoys both sides of our business and is indispensable!

Louise\'s first trip away was to the beautiful Seychelles Islands~ where she experienced travelling in Business Class, visited a wide range of hotels and resorts as well as sampling some of the activities the Indian Ocean has to offer.
Her most recent trip was to the winter wonderland ski resort of Mont Tremblant in Quebec. Louise experienced French Canada\'s winter sports and wonderful chateaux plus the heady highlights of Montreal\'s sophisticated hotels and nightlife.

 We\\\'ve sent Dorothy to some very far flung places – Guatamala, South Africa, The Rocky Mountains in Canada and most recently New Zealand.
 Dorothy\\\'s many years of experience and knowledge in the travel industry is a real asset to us all at Hallmark Travel.
Her smile and cheery disposition is usually your first encounter as you enter our shop. She enjoys challenges and searches relentlessly until she finds YOU the right holiday at the right price. Dorothy has also taken on the role of our Cruise Specialist ~ she has lots of personal experience, cruising the world with her family and friends, so ask Dorothy about that special anniversary!
 In her spare time Dorothy is a busy mum with two children, so she is involved in all the PTA meetings, and is a great Village Fete organiser!

Gill has lots of personal travel experience to offer you – Florida and Disneyworld, Canada East and West – Niagara Falls, and the Rocky Mountains – and Hong Kong – Gill is a qualified Hong Kong Specialist (and knows all the shops first hand!)

There\\\'s no doubt that Gill has a passion for travel. She has worked at the Royal Mail for many years, but enjoyed her job of the Social Club Secretary the most! Organising groups to theatres, long weekends abroad, and short city breaks – she has planned, promoted and escorted them all.

Now Gill\\\'s learning the business from our side of the counter – enjoying the manic Friday afternoons and the buzz!! Her enthusiasm is quite contagious!

Louise (or known as Louisa to avoid confusion) has a huge amount of experience in our favourite destination …… Australia!
And it’s all first hand too as she used to work for Australian Airlines
She has also represented Hayman Island ~ a prestigious and exclusive Island in the Whitsundays off the coast of Southern Queensland.
Personally, Louisa has travelled extensively in the Far East, the South Pacific and the Caribbean. And she’s not a “stay and flop” person either ~ sailing round the Virgin Islands on a bare boat charter ~ and taking regular ski holidays, are some of her favourite activities Louisa is looking forward to finding the best holiday for you!

After 3 years, we are losing Gemma to the bright lights of Loughborough University! But we look forward to the long holidays at Christmas and the Summer, when Gemma will join our team again.
